The project
Gateway Plaza opened in 2005 as the first new downtown office building in more than twenty years. The $13 million project put roughly 120,000 square feet of offices on the long-vacant triangle property at 300 Mulberry Street.
A six-story brick wing follows the block while a glass tower marks the entrance. The building includes an attached 500-space garage, a sandwich shop in the lobby, 24-hour controlled access, and quick connections to I-16 and I-75. Courthouses, banks, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance.
Dunwody/Beeland and Mauldin & Jenkins are among the tenants. Current leasing materials offer a 2,000-square-foot first-floor space and the 5,087-square-foot Suite 201; details and broker contact information appear below.
