The project
The reinforced-concrete building uses brick exterior walls backed by steel studs. An enclosed bridge leads to a three-story precast-concrete parking garage.
Medical suites combine reception, administration, exam rooms, and laboratories. The ground floor was planned around an orthopedic surgery partnership, with additional floors left flexible for physician groups associated with The Medical Center.
